Yes, Absolutely! Once you become a franchisee, our seasoned commercial brokerage team of experts will not only short list locations, but also negotiate the lease directly with the landlords. We currently have over 25 leases with all the major landlords in Ontario, under our umbrella of Volt Ventures Brands. An in depth proper due diligence will be done prior to lease signing. All Volt Venture Leases are handled by Karen Koenig from The Behar Group
Yes, as part of our commitment to providing comprehensive support, we offer you skilled cooks under the LMIA closed work permit, ensuring a skilled workforce to uphold the authenticity of our culinary delights. In Case your cook falls ill or is not able to perform his regular duties, we take it upon ourselves to ensure you have a timely replacement. If your store launches prior to your cook’s arrival, we will ensure you have a capable cook to launch the store.
